
PETER GRIMWOOD BIO
Born NZ. Arrived in Australia in 1981.
Pete has played and toured with various Melbourne and Sydney bands until 1983,
then joined up with 'Marc Hunter Band' on 'Big City Talk' tour. Played, recorded
and toured with Marc until 1985, when asked to fill in with Jon English &
The Foster Bros. Included in this line-up was 'Sherbert's Tony Mitchell. This
period also involved the 'Jokers & Queens' tour with Marcia Hines. Filling
in soon turned into being permanent fixture until 1993.
In between Jon and Marcia tours, Pete was reunited with Marc Hunter for a couple
'Dragon' tours, working along side Tommy Emanuel.
Jon headed overseas in '93 to persue other projects and Peter moved home base
from Sydney to Adelaide and since have involved with several acts, including
'Cat Southern', 'Brian Cadd' and 'Zkye'.
